During my work experience I have held positions of Chef catering, managing inventory, cost management, standardization of recreation menus, enlistment and food preparation, organization of corporate events, personnel management.
I have acquired knowledge of study and practice in management of banquets and events for more than 500 people, handling hot and cold kitchen, cuts, cleaning and care of food, which is why I feel physically and morally prepared to perform this position.
